It can take many hours and trial downloads to get the right photo editor. On the surface, many free apps look good, but once you try, you realize free versions do not quite have all functions available to you without an upgrade purchase. However, there are some “freeware” apps that come with all functionality in tact. Therefore, one of our better finds for phone photo editing (Android or Apple) is Pixlr.
